About this Event
Meet us weekly on Wednesday mornings to get our bodies moving and our minds right! This series is geared for entrepreneurs, remote workers, retiree's and others who are able to meet on Wednesday mornings!
This is a Co-Ed group, men and women are invited to attend. Currently, each of these hikes are on paved/ established terrain and are within Parks in New Castle County, DE. As the group grows in size and agility, we may plan future hikes on unpaved/dirt routes.
Sept 30: At Glasgow Park we will walk the Glasgow park trail which is a 2.6 mile loop with about 40ft elevation gain. Breathwork will be encouraged throughout the walk
Meetup: 8:00 AM (we head out to the trail by 8:10 AM) We will park at the Northernmost entrance, by the big hill. Port-o-potties on site.
This is a series aimed to engage those with flexible weekday schedules. All are welcome!
