Hot sauna. Cold sea. Good people. We meet every week down at Sea Lanes for a relaxed sauna social — a mix of heat, cold dips, chats, and just hanging out by the sea.
Book your own sauna slot, then join the group before or after — it’s all very easy and social.
What to expect
• Sauna + optional sea dips 🌊
• Time to relax, chat, and reset
• Grab a drink or food after
• Friendly, social vibe
The sauna at Sea Lanes is right on the beach, designed as a Finnish-style sauna experience with cold plunge and sea access, making it perfect for contrast therapy and social wellness
What is Brighton Outdoors?
Brighton Outdoors is a friendly members club for people who enjoy fresh air, nature, and doing things together.
We run weekly meet-ups like this, plus walks, hikes, sea swims, volleyball and more — simple, social ways to meet people and get outside.
How it works
This is a community meet-up
• Book your own sauna session directly
• Meet others before/after your slot
• No organiser — just join in
Most of the organising happens in our WhatsApp groups — that’s where you’ll see who’s coming and coordinate timings.
Good to know
• Sauna sessions are booked individually
• Spaces can be limited — book ahead
• Weather independent (still happening if it’s cold!)
Sea Lanes itself is a full seafront wellness hub with pool, café, bar and outdoor spaces, so there’s always somewhere to hang out after
What to bring
• Swimwear
• Towel
• Water
• Flip flops / easy shoes
