Want to try something different that's hilarious?!Dunedin Laughter Yoga sessions - free, fun, easy and great for you! Note that laughter yoga is very different to regular yoga - we use yogic breathing techniques, but otherwise it's totally different! Laughter yoga get us laughing in a group for no particular reason, with no jokes or comedy, just because it feels great and is good for us!
Laughter:
* Makes you feel great!
* Strengthens your immune system
* Reduces stress
* Releases emotional tension
* Promotes a sense of wellbeing
* Increases self-confidence
* Is a lot of fun

Parking: There are free parks on Dundas Street at the north end of North Ground over the road & by Taco Bell). Parking on site is unfortunately not for laughter yoga use.
Health & safety rules:
* Please do not attend if you are sick or suspect you are sick
* Keep up good hygiene practices like sneezing into your elbow & washing hands thoroughly
A small koha/donation (suggested $3-$5) to contribute to costs of running this free service is appreciated, though not required.
