Beach Yoga at Paradise Beach (Weekly Friday Class)
Start your Friday with an energizing all-levels beach yoga flow. Whether you are a beginner or well practiced yogi, this morning flow is for YOU. We’ll move with the rhythm of the waves, awaken the body, open the breath, and ground into calm clarity before stepping into the day. Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and a peaceful oceanfront savasana. This class takes place at sunrise — a magnificent way to begin your day and gently activate your circadian rhythm as you awaken with the sun.
My teaching style blends a variety of yoga and movement techniques designed to help students get the most out of their practice — incorporating lymphatic drainage, fascia release, mindful breathing, present-moment awareness, balance work, strength building, and stretches that enhance both flexibility and mobility.
This is a donation based yoga class. Pay what you can, with a suggested donation of $15 per class.
Day & Time: Fridays | 7:00–8:00 AM
Location: Paradise Beach, Indialantic, FL
(Meet near the main beach access & pavilion. Look for the yoga flag.)
Please do your best to arrive 10-15min before class start time.
What to Bring:
- Beach towel and/or yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Layers for changing morning temperatures
- Optional sunglasses or hat
- Optional sunscreen
What to Expect:
- Energizing all-levels flow suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners
- Breathwork and intention setting
- Sand, sunshine, salt air, and ocean soundtrack
- A grounded, refreshed start to your day
Energy Exchange: Donation-based or suggested contribution of $15 (optional and appreciated). You may bring cash or pay via zelle or venmo when you get there. If you are local and interested in attending multiple classes per month, there are 5 packs and 10 packs available for purchase.
Weather:
This class is held outdoors. If heavy rain or unsafe beach conditions arise, updates will be shared via email, text, and social media.
