Myself and Jenny from Hot Yoga Newry) are thrilled to announce another weekend retreat, following the success of the our previous retreats.
However we have a change of venue and location

What to Expect:
Activities: Mindfulness, Meditation, Pranayama Breathwork, Yoga, Yin Yoga and Sound Therapy and plenty time to yourself.
Experience:
No prior experience required for any activity

Peaceful, spiritual setting offering an opportunity to share the tranquillity offered by the House.

The weekend will begin Friday evening on 19th with dinner, ending Sunday with lunch, actual times will be confirmed nearer the time.
Price includes full board, 2 nights accommodation and all sessions.
Accommodation are private double bed, ensuite rooms. No transport is provided.
