Full morning programme includes:
9:30-10:00- Tribal Grooves - learn a set of Global Caravan bellydance moves from scratch in this fun fitness class - no experience needed!
10:00-10:30 - let’s swish skirts together. Learn how to tuck skirts for gorgeous shapes across your body and how to hold and move with your skirt
10:30-11:00 - morning tea - bring a plate or pop out to the cafe down the road for a coffee.
11:00-12:00 - let’s dance together - this session builds on the moves learnt in the tribal grooves session. We will use the Global Caravan dance moves from the Tribal Grooves session to dance in group formations. Advanced dancers can add another level by incorporating their new skirt skills. Attendance at Tribal Grooves session required to attend this class.
Full morning (all classes) $30
