This class, taught by Tavia, will be beneficial for both beginner and more experienced guests. Here's a bit about them...
Tavia (they/she) is a queer yoga teacher & sacred space holder who loves creating relaxed, judgment-free spaces for people to move, breathe, & reconnect with themselves. Their offerings focus on low-to-the-ground or chair-based movement, creating a gentle & approachable experience for everyone, with an opportunity to get out of your head & into your body. Each session closes with a sound bath, inviting deep rest, integration, and relaxation.
