A $20 evening seminar every Wednesday in Little Canada: sound healing, detox, energy healing and movement.About this Event
Learn something new every Wednesday evening at Healing Within Wellness Center in Little Canada. Each 90-minute seminar has 45 minutes of teaching, 30 minutes of hands-on experience and time for Q&A.
The week of the month sets the theme:
- 1st Wednesday: Sound Healing (singing bowls, sound for sleep, tuning forks, group sound bath)
- 2nd Wednesday: Detox (gut and digestion basics, hydration, sauna and sweat, kitchen detox)
- 3rd Wednesday: Energy Healing (Emotion Code, chakras, muscle testing, grounding, Reiki basics)
- 4th Wednesday: Movement (Rope Flow, gentle mobility, breathwork, Power Plate, lymphatic movement)
Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30 PM. $20. No seminar Nov 24 or Dec 22. Space is limited to 30, so reserve your spot online.
