WHO THE WORKSHOP IS FOR:
This Workshop is suitable for beginners, martial artists, and martial arts instructors, who are interested in personal protection, concerned about weapon-based attacks, and are keen to integrate weapons into their existing skillset in a fun, friendly, safe yet exciting training environment!
As weapons defence is a serious topic involving potentially life-threatening situations, we approach the material with respect and clarity - but we’ll also keep most of the session light-hearted and engaging.
