About this Event
🇺🇸 Overview
Using ChatGPT and other AI models has become part of everyday work for many professionals. But how do we move from simply writing prompts to using AI as a tool that genuinely supports the way we work?
In this practical workshop, we’ll explore how to use leading AI tools more effectively, going beyond basic features to understand how they can be integrated into real tasks and workflows.
Through concrete examples, we’ll look at what different tools are best suited for, which features can actually make a difference in your day-to-day work, and how to start thinking in terms of processes, automation and AI agents.
A workshop for those who already use AI and are ready to move from using it as a simple assistant to making it a more effective part of the way they work.
What you will learn
By the end of the workshop, you will:
- Move beyond prompting -- and understand how to structure AI around real work processes rather than isolated tasks.
- Turn a real workflow into an AI-supported process -- identifying where AI can research, analyse, create, organise or automate different steps.
- Understand how to start using AI agents — what they can actually do, when they make sense, and how to identify a first agent or agentic workflow relevant to your work or business.
