We See You-every Tuesday in old town a hot meal is served to the unhoused at 5:15 PM. I highly recommend it regardless if you’re there as a client or a volunteer. I will be there weekly offering Enhanced Care Management (make appointments, provide transportation, etc) and community services (housing navigation, food/clothing drop off) representing Serene Health. These services SAVED me when I was first released from prison and if I’d had them when homeless it wouldn’t have taken 5 years and a prison term to get me off the streets.
