On the 24th we are having a fundraiser, which was Crystal's idea. She is calling it "The We Love Karma Care Benefit for Linda". The reason behind the benefit is to help keep Karma Care LLC open after having been closed since August 3rd, when Linda ended up in the hospital due to broken vertebrae that resulted in 3 surgeries and she is learning how to walk again and manage other tasks since she is not allowed to bend, lift, or twist. During this time she has had no income coming in and yet bills still have to be paid. The fundraiser will be on October 24th. Tickets are $20 and ticket holders will get perks that non-ticket holders will get, for example, they will be entitled to free food and drink, a chance to win a prize, and more. At the fundraiser we will have 2 vendors inside offering readings such as tarot and palm readings by Clarise who charges $20 a reading or if you get both she only charges $35; Crystal will be offering card readings, intuitive healing touch, tuning fork sessions, etc. Outside we currently have 4 vendors including:Bevel Leathercraft- lots of amazing hand crafted leather items and she also does custom pieces too
Kitiara- she will be selling rings, wire wrapped stones, and chain mail jewelry
Covidcraftworks- will be selling her beaded creatures and jewelry
Amanda- will be selling her gemstone trees and her poured paint pictures
We're wanting to do a potluck carry in for ticket holders, vendors, and cooks bringing in dishes to share and provide food. The shop will be providing beverages-Pepsi, bottled water, and cider. If you chose to bring in a dish please keep in mind to bring in items that don't need to be kept refrigerated or kept hot. Perhaps we'll do a vote for the best dish for bragging rights.
We will be doing a silent auction and we're going to have some amazing items to auction off including a $300 valued full intuitive consultation with Crystal Newcomb. Anyone wanting to contribute to the silent auction please let us know we welcome donations for the auction.
There may be more surprises too. The shop is open 9-6, but vendors will probably be leaving around 4, especially outside vendors since it gets dark earlier now. Also keep in mind vendors set and collect their own fees and some may not be able to accept cards so cash is king, but most will also accept some type of online payment such as Venmo or PayPal. We hope you can join us! Bring your friends and family. Please feel free to share this information
