With great joy, we invite you to the Consecration of Saints Joachim and Anna Romanian Orthodox Church in Seattle on Saturday, November 21, 2026.After years of prayer, sacrifice, and hope, God has blessed us to reach this very special moment in the life of our church.
For us, this day is God’s answer to many prayers and many years of labor. Within the walls of this church, we have prayed together, baptized our children, celebrated the marriages of our young people, mourned those who have departed from among us, and, above all, received Christ in the Holy Eucharist. On November 21, through the consecration of our church, we will once again entrust this sacred place to God, together with all those who will enter through its doors in the years to come.
It is my heartfelt wish that on this day we may all be together: those who are part of our parish today, those who have stood beside our church throughout the years, and those who may cross its threshold for the very first time. Come and give thanks to God with us, and share in a day that, God willing, we will remember for many years to come.
For this reason, we warmly invite everyone, from near and far, together with all the friends and benefactors of our church, to join us and share in the joy of this blessed day.
