Are you ready to join a championship-winning program? WE BALL is inviting all interested female Middle and High School students to try out for the Girls Flag Football team. Whether you have years of multi-sport experience (soccer, track, basketball, softball, lacrosse) or are stepping onto the gridiron for the very first time, we want you to come out and compete.
WE BALL has a tradition of excellence built on discipline, grit, and selfless play. Coming off our exceptional spring/summer appearances, we are seeking athletes who can contribute immediately to a championship culture. Rosters are not guaranteed based on seniority.
NO PARENTS/SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD!!

Evaluation Criteria:
Coaches will assess players on fundamental football skills and athletic potential:
- Speed & Agility: Shuttles, 5-10-5, and fluid change of direction.
- Catching & Hand-Eye Coordination: Route running and tracking deep balls.
- Throwing Mechanics: Accuracy and arm strength (specifically for quarterback candidates).
- Defensive Positioning: Flag-pulling technique, spatial awareness, and coverage drills.
- Coachability: Attitude, communication, and teamwork during 7-on-7 scrimmage situations.
Mandatory Checklist Before Participating
- Completed online registration.
- Gear: Molded cleats (no metal spikes), athletic shorts/pants (no pockets), and a plain t-shirt.
- Water/water bottle.
