The Healing Circle Collective presents We Are the Village: Open Arts Showcase! Founded by Brother Marcus "Sankofa" Nicks, The Healing Circle Collective is a safe space for healing, connection, and liberation through shared cultural experiences. While navigating Dr. Joy DeGruy's book Post-Traumatic Slave Syndrome, the collective promotes a healthy, inspiring, and inviting community.
Now, The Healing Circle Collective is expanding its reach further into the community!
We Are the Village is a safe space for artists and art lovers alike to experience the talents of Black artists in the community. Enjoy a night of connections, community, and creativity, bringing people together to acknowledge and celebrate the Black experience.
Whether you do spoken word, paint, sing, dance, sculpt, or anything in between, you are invited to share your art!
