In light of the recent Cornell (5)7 case and in unity with Jane Doe.Since women are seen as the MAIN COMMERCE for all these men anyway let’s show them exactly what they’re after. We are purposefully pushing to Halloween because nothing is as scary as the suffering of all women who have experienced harm or the overwhelming silence of the men around us. The date is specifically chosen to elicit the voices of those who truly care about this matter.
👉Starting at the Tennessee Triumph Women's Suffrage Monument located at 50 Public Square in downtown Clarksville, Tennessee. We will be walking down MAIN Street, turning on University Ave, and continuing down COMMERCE until it meets back with the monument.
We are meeting specifically at this location to honour the history of the women’s suffrage movement and how far we have come in this fight already. We gained ourselves the ability to vote. In honour of our suffragettes and all Jane Does, we need to gain ourselves the ability to exist in a world without fear of SA.
Please keep all actions peaceful, nonviolent, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. THIS WILL BE A NON VIOLENT PROTEST THAT IS LEGALLY ALLOWED TO BE HELD PURSUANT TO OUR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS.
