Grow Your Inspection Business by Adding WDO Services
If you're a home inspector looking to increase revenue and stand out in a competitive market, this training is for you. Termite Depot invites you to become a licensed WDO (Wood-Destroying Organism) inspector, one of the most in-demand add-on services in the real estate industry.
What You'll Gain: Agents love working with inspectors who can handle everything in a single visit. By adding WDO inspections to your services, you position yourself as a one-stop shop, making you the preferred choice for busy real estate professionals. You charge whatever you want as part of ancillary services, most inspectors charge between $175–$200 per WDO inspection. We have inspectors doing 30+ WDO's per month, depending on their home inspection volume, that's real money you could be leaving on the table.
What to Expect at Training: This is a full-day, in-person class where you'll receive everything you need to get started from the training manual to onboarding with Termite Depot. Following the class, additional online webinars and conference calls cover software, report writing, and sales support. All technology, reporting tools, and training are provided.
Investment & Incentive: Free registration. Training cost which is $350.00 and the training manual is $25.00, where it will be mailed to you. Termite Depot onboarding paperwork will be emailed. Return email with completed onboarding paperwork to [email protected]. Our office will reach out inorder to go over collecting payment. All Paperwork and Payment must be completed and collected no later than 7 days before class date of your choice. Upon class completion, Termite Depot gives you back $200 toward your first purchase of WDO stickers (see image below) making it a low-risk investment with high return potential.
