About this Event
Grow Your Inspection Business by Adding WDO Services
If you're a home inspector looking to increase revenue and stand out in a competitive market, this training is for you. Termite Depot invites you to become a licensed WDO (Wood-Destroying Organism) inspector—one of the most in-demand add-on services in the real estate industry.
Why Add WDO Inspections?
- Become a One-Stop Shop: Real estate agents love working with inspectors who can handle everything in a single visit. Offering WDO inspections makes you the preferred choice for busy professionals.
- Increase Your Revenue: Set your own rates as part of your ancillary services. Most inspectors charge $175–$200 per WDO inspection.
- Proven Earning Potential: Inspectors in our network average 30+ WDO inspections per month, depending on home inspection volume. Don't leave that money on the table!
