About this Event
What do our personal boundaries protect—and when do they become barriers to connection?
Boundaries create territories of protection, care and connection between ourselves and others. Sometimes we say “yes” too often and lose touch with our own needs. At other times, fear may lead us to close ourselves off and make contact difficult. Learning to recognise and communicate our boundaries can help us feel safer while remaining open to others.
During this event, we will explore personal boundaries and connection through gentle partner and group exercises.
Wayfinding is a psychosocial initiative by Stichting Thick Present that offers workshops, meetups and support groups combining therapeutic, somatic and creative practices. It creates welcoming spaces where people can slow down, gain new insights, and explore new ways of relating to themselves and others.
