About this Event
This year, BIAS returns during Science Week on 11th of November with an in-person FREE panel event, Waves of Loss: Understanding Miscarriage and Recurrent Miscarriage event. Join us at 118 St. Stephen's Green in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).
Have you, or someone you care about, been affected by miscarriage?
Join us for a compassionate conversation exploring miscarriage and recurrent miscarriage in Ireland. Hear from healthcare professionals, specialists, and advocates as they discuss pregnancy loss, available supports, care pathways, and the importance of compassionate, person-centered care. Whether you're seeking information, support, or understanding, this event offers a welcoming space to learn and connect.
There will be an ISL interpreter on the day.
This event is funded by Taighde Éireann – Research Ireland under the Science Week Call. Science Week events sometimes book up quickly. In order to facilitate the people on the waiting lists, please do let us know if you can't attend.
