"Waves of Being ~ Sensing and Seeing is an embodied exploration into the empowerment and peace work of meeting our stories, wounds, and unconscious survival patterns. Rather than seeing them as life sentences, we move, explore, experience and discover how they can become medicine ~ gateways to greater presence, connection, compassion, joy and aliveness.
Through movement, deep embodiment, and a clear step-by-step ceremonial process, you are invited to move beyond habitual identities, limitations, and the narratives that have shaped your sense of self. As layers begin to soften, a deeper way of sensing, seeing, and being naturally emerges.
This workshop is not about fixing yourself. It is about remembering what has always been alive in you beneath the control and conditioning ~ a return to the deeper intelligence of the body and the essence of who you are. A Moving Mystery."
*The course will be conducted in both Norwegian and English.
