Each year on October 15, families around the world take part in the International Wave of Light, lighting candles at 7:00 PM in remembrance of babies who have died during pregnancy or infancy. As candles are lit across time zones, their light creates a continuous wave of remembrance around the world. 🕯️This year, we are honored to bring the Wave of Light to our community with a luminary display on the terrace of the Hunterdon Art Museum in Clinton, NJ.
We are incredibly grateful to the Hunterdon Art Museum for welcoming us into this beautiful space and allowing us to create a place for remembrance, connection, and community.
Each luminary will be personalized with the name of a baby being remembered. From 6:00–8:00 PM, the display will be open for families, friends, and community members to come and go as they wish, spend time among the lights, and remember the babies whose lives continue to hold so much love.
You do not need to attend in person to have your baby included. If you would like us to create a luminary in memory of your baby (or babies), please submit their name through the form linked in our bio.
There is no cost to submit a name, and everyone is welcome to visit the display.
