About this Event
The Waupun Hallowine Walk will take place from 5–8 PM on Friday, October 30, 2026, throughout Downtown Waupun.
Grab your friends, plan your costumes and get ready to sip your way through downtown! This Halloween-themed Wine Walk will feature 20+ participating stops offering a variety of wine samples and treat stations paired with sweet and savory goodies.
As you make your way through the event, you’ll also have the opportunity to explore local businesses, shop event-night specials and watch for additional ways to win prizes. All registered attendees will automatically be entered into our grand prize basket drawing!
Your ticket includes:
- Wine samples at participating stops
- Sweet and savory treat pairings
- A commemorative tasting glass
- Automatic entry into the grand prize basket drawing
- Additional prize opportunities throughout the evening
Costumes are encouraged but not required. Whether you go all-out, coordinate with your friends or simply come ready to enjoy the evening, we’d love to have you join us!

IMPORTANT INFO:
Each participant must check in individually and present a valid government-issued photo ID to receive:
- A commemorative tasting glass
- Event wristband AND lanyard
- Event map
Wine tasting begins promptly at 5 PM. No wine samples will be served before the official start of the event.
After checking in, guests may create their own route and visit participating locations throughout Downtown Waupun. Each wine stop will offer a 1oz wine sample along with a sweet or savory treat selected to complement the featured wine.
The event will be held rain or shine, so please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.
Proceeds from the Waupun Hallowine Walk support Discover Waupun’s community events, downtown programming and efforts to promote Waupun as a place to visit, explore and enjoy.
Event Guidelines
- Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Every participant must check in personally to receive their event materials.
- Wristbands must be worn and visible throughout the event.
- Wine samples may only be enjoyed at designated participating locations.
- Event staff and participating businesses reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or cannot provide valid identification.
- Please be respectful of participating businesses, their employees and other guests.

For your protection, purchase tickets only through the official Discover Waupun Eventbrite listing or from someone you personally know.
Fraudulent ticket offers commonly appear in social-media event comments. Discover Waupun will remove suspicious posts when possible, but we cannot guarantee they will be caught before someone attempts a purchase. Please use caution when purchasing tickets from another person.
