Our private boat tour will take a limited group of qualified buyers through some of the Tampa Bay area’s most desirable waterfront communities while touring a curated portfolio of available luxury waterfront homes.
Throughout the experience, we’ll look beyond the bedrooms, kitchens and finishes and discuss the waterfront characteristics that can have a significant impact on how you actually enjoy your property.
We’ll explore considerations such as:
• Seawall condition and waterfront infrastructure
• Dock configuration and condition
• Water depth and boating access
• Canal and channel access
• Fixed bridges and drawbridges
• Bridge clearance
• Vessel size considerations
• Proximity and access to the Intracoastal and Gulf
• Neighborhood and waterfront lifestyle
• Property orientation and views
• The overall boating experience from the property

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This experience is specifically designed for serious, qualified buyers who are actively considering the purchase of waterfront real estate in the Tampa Bay / Pinellas Gulf Coast area.
To participate, guests must:
• Be actively considering the purchase of waterfront property
• Provide current proof of funds or lender pre-approval, as applicable
• Complete the required registration/contact information
• Complete an Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement with Angela M. Julian, PA and Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc. prior to touring properties
• Complete the required boating/liability waiver prior to departure
Because seating aboard the boat is extremely limited, registration is reserved for qualified prospective purchasers.
REGISTRATION
Registration Fee: $50 per person
Advance registration is required.
Your registration reserves your requested seat for this limited-capacity real estate experience, subject to buyer qualification and completion of the required documents.
Submitting payment alone does not guarantee participation.
After registering, you will receive additional information regarding buyer qualification, required documentation, meeting location, arrival instructions and tour details.
MEETING LOCATION
Registered guests will meet at a local Treasure Island waterfront restaurant before departure.
Final meeting location, parking information, arrival time and boarding instructions will be provided to confirmed participants prior to the event.
Please arrive on time. Because we will be traveling by boat and coordinating multiple property tours, the tour must depart according to schedule.
WHAT TO BRING
Please dress comfortably for a day on the water.
We recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen and any personal items you may need during the approximately 4½-hour experience.
Boat-friendly footwear is strongly encouraged.

WEATHER & BOATING CONDITIONS
This experience is conducted on the water and is therefore subject to weather, marine conditions and other circumstances affecting safe boating or property access.
The route, departure time, properties toured or event date may be modified, postponed or canceled if conditions make the scheduled tour impractical or unsafe.
Participants will be notified of material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
REQUIRED WAIVER
All participants will be required to execute a liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel.
Participation involves the normal risks associated with boarding, exiting and traveling aboard a boat. Guests should be physically capable of safely boarding and exiting the vessel.
