Service Description
🍁Bring the cozy warmth of autumn to life on paper with rich jewel tones in a luminous seasonal still life.
In Autumn Colors, embrace the cozy warmth of the changing season: Across two intensive 3-hour sessions, you will discover how to capture the rich textures and deep, glowing tones of autumn by painting a beautifully curated seasonal still life.
🍁You will learn techniques for mixing rich jewel tones, planning contrast, building luminous layers, and mastering the light and shadows that give your artwork a realistic, three-dimensional depth. Perfect for both beginners and experienced painters looking to expand their skills, this 2, 3-hour, hands-on experience provides a welcoming space to play with color and refine your watercolor practice.
You’ll discover how to:
- Work with bold washes and fine brushwork
- Create depth and softness with layering
- Play with color saturation and composition
- Capture the elegance of blooms in a personal and painterly way
Each student will work on multiple watercolor sheets:
• One for practicing techniques you can use in future projects
• One for your finished painting
