Watercolor & The Art of Letting Go

Join us for a creative experience with artist Kortney Kaiser. Inspired by a medium of transparency, imperfection, and beautiful surprises, this introductory workshop explores the fluid grace of watercolor painting as a profound spiritual discipline of trust, surrender, and connection with God.
Kortney will guide you step by step through various techniques and creative meditations. You will gain a better understanding of how paper, brush, water, and color each play a significant role. We will meet in the serene prairie setting at Dottie’s Ranch, south of Madison. No prior art experience is needed—just an openness to try something new. Supplies are provided, and lunch is included in the registration fee.
Come ready to create, reflect, play, and find gratitude.
Spots are limited.
General: $30
Student: $15
By day, Kortney is a graphic designer whose work demands precision and structure. Early in college, she found her fine art class in watercolor painting was a perfect antidote to the rigidity of the digital design world. Still today, she embraces watercolor’s fluid, unpredictable nature for the ultimate creative escape and transcendence. Kortney is thrilled to share her passion and help you discover the joy of letting go through this powerful medium.
