As a Health Holistic Practitioner.I work with people who struggle with the tension in their body. often that tightness and tension is a direct manifestation of their mind always being in overdrive. This creates tightness, knots, pain, discomfort, and overall "suffering"
Meditation will encompass breathing techniques designed to help with CNS and place you in a deep relaxation state.
I will be guiding you on a journey back into your breath perfect recipe for a calm Central Nervous System "CNS"
