WATER IS THE SUN (USA)
The union of Mkl Anderson (Drekka), and Adam Parks (Timber Rattle / Lightning White Bison). Together they play an alchemical amalgam of their primary projects, resulting in cinematic / landscape textures that give slow birth to psyche-pastorals and intoned ritual songs; a music as informed by the devotional chants of West Coast cults and Appalachian hymns as it is by the dark new age and ambient resonance of the experimental scene that has embraced and supported both musicians for many years.

Through extended vocal techniques, multiple traditional, electric and handcrafted instruments, electronics and contact mics, Aliki creates hypnotic sonic narratives, layered through live looping, centered on trance, connection to ancestry and transformation.

ADRA
Andy Abbott is a West Yorkshire-based artist, musician and writer, synonymous with pummelling noise for many years as the guitarist in celebrated Leeds bands such as ferocious duo That Fucking Tank or double-drumming psych outfit Nope. In recent years as ADRA, he has been making minimalist abstract music, alongside more acoustic and ambient-leaning explorations.
