November Happy Hour

Come curious and ready to explore!
Visit our Water Bar to sample different waters - municipal tap, filtered, spring, and structured water - and see if you can taste the difference. Make your own high vitality water. Key in your zipcode and find out what’s in your drinking water. Check out story maps of Twin Cities groundwater and Bassett Creek watershed. Share your water questions and concerns. Leaf through our favorite water books. Learn about sovereignty mapping and discover ways you can get more involved with water.
The October and November Happy Hours theme highlights our Sovereignty Mapping process. This is our community-led approach for understanding the living systems that sustain a place, recognizing the forces that support or threaten watershed health, and identifying opportunities. By bringing together different kinds of knowledge and perspectives, we can see new possibilities for action and discover where our collective efforts can make the greatest difference.
We’re excited to share this work with you and explore what’s possible when we come together for water!
Bring your family, friends, watershed coalition members, or anyone curious about water.
It’s free, and you can drop in anytime between 5 and 7 pm. We’ll have snacks and activities for kids.
We hope you’ll join us for an evening of discovery, conversation, and connection around something we all share and depend on: water. Together, we can increase our understanding, strengthen our communities, and help create a healthier future for our watersheds.
