A 6-week journey into grounded masculinity, leadership, brotherhood, and becoming the man you’re here to be.
About this Event

You’ve built a life. But is it the life you actually want?

You have a career. Responsibilities. People who count on you.

From the outside, things might even look pretty damn good.

But underneath all of that, maybe there’s a feeling you can’t quite shake:

There has to be more than this.

More connection. More purpose. More discipline. More presence.

Maybe you have friends, coworkers, a partner, or family around you, yet still feel strangely alone when it comes to the things that actually matter.

Maybe you're realizing that professional success and becoming the man you want to be are two very different things.

Maybe you're simply tired of trying to figure it all out alone.

That’s why Warrior’s Way exists.

A 6-Week Journey Into Grounded Masculinity

Warrior’s Way is an intimate group coaching and mentorship experience built around brotherhood, honest conversation, breathwork, practical tools, and putting what we learn into practice in real life.

This isn’t about becoming more “alpha.”

It’s not about pretending men shouldn’t have emotions.

And it’s definitely not six weeks of sitting around talking about how men are supposed to behave.

We’re going deeper.

We’re exploring what it looks like to become a man who can remain grounded when things around him aren’t.

A man who creates safety for the people he loves.

Who understands his own nervous system well enough to respond instead of react.

Who leads himself before trying to lead anyone else.

Who deeply knows the people closest to him.

Who protects his energy and gives it intentionally.

And ultimately, a man who knows what he stands for and lives accordingly.

What We’ll Explore
Creating Safety

What does it actually mean for the people around you to feel physically, emotionally, and mentally safe in your presence?

Responding Instead of Reacting

Understand what happens inside your nervous system when you’re triggered, stressed, angry, overwhelmed, or shutting down, and develop tools to work with it.

Leading

Leadership starts long before anyone follows you. We’ll explore how you lead yourself first, then your relationships, family, and community.

Know Your Person

How well do you actually know the people closest to you? Learn to understand, communicate with, support, and love your people more intentionally.

Energy Audit

Your time, attention, and energy are some of your greatest resources. We’ll get honest about what fuels you, what drains you, and what no longer deserves access to them.

Embodiment

Knowing isn’t enough. We’ll bring the work together by defining the man you choose to become and developing a personal Warrior Code built around the standards you choose to live by.

Brotherhood Changes the Work

One of the clearest lessons from the first Warrior’s Way was that the curriculum mattered, but the men in the room mattered just as much.

Previous participants described the brotherhood as one of the most impactful parts of the experience:

“Having a group of brothers who have supported me every step of my journey...”

Another described the importance of:

“Feeling supported and heard and seen thru this whole process.”

And another simply called it:

“The bond built with brothers.”

There’s something different about being surrounded by men who are willing to drop the surface-level bullshit and have the conversations that actually matter.

That’s why Warrior’s Way will remain intentionally small.

Maximum group size: 10 men.

Enough men to bring different experiences, challenges, perspectives, and wisdom into the room.

Small enough that nobody gets to disappear in the back.

What Can 6 Weeks Actually Change?

That’s ultimately up to you.

Warrior’s Way isn’t something you consume.

The men who got the most from the first experience were willing to take what happened in the room and actually apply it to their lives.

One participant entered Warrior’s Way describing himself as:

“Insecure, drowning in a mountain of debt, incapable of saying ‘no’ to things that didn’t serve me...”

Six weeks later, he described himself as more confident, actively reducing his debt, consistently working out, eating healthier, and becoming comfortable saying no to things that didn’t serve him.

Another entered feeling:

“Stressed, unmotivated and lost.”

His description afterward?

“Calm and focused.”

Another described himself before Warrior’s Way as:

“A depressive lump battling mental loops that didn’t serve me...”

And afterward:

“A changed man and new version of myself that I knew existed that I was unaware of how to access.”

Those are their experiences.

Yours will be yours.

The question isn’t whether six weeks magically fixes your life.

The question is:

What could change if, for six weeks, you stopped trying to do all of this alone?

Why Through the Holidays?

The timing is intentional.

We’ll be doing this work through Thanksgiving and into the holiday season.

Family dynamics. Relationships. Stress. Expectations. Old patterns. Packed schedules. Spending. Food. Drinking. Obligations.

Real life gives us plenty of opportunities to find out whether we’re actually grounded.

So we’re going to use it as the training ground.

Instead of waiting until January 1 to make another list of things you want to change, you’ll spend six weeks practicing the man you want to become while life is actually happening.

The Experience

We’ll gather 7 times over 6 weeks in downtown Indianapolis.

All gatherings are 7:00 to 9:00 PM.

Monday, November 2
Tuesday, November 3
Tuesday, November 10
Tuesday, November 17
Tuesday, November 24
Tuesday, December 1
Monday, December 7

We'll begin with a breathwork ceremony to open the container and set our intentions. From there we'll meet every Tuesday for the next five weeks. Our final gathering brings the work together through reflection, embodiment, your personal Warrior Code, and a closing breathwork ceremony.

Between gatherings, you’ll have practices and opportunities to apply what we’re exploring to your actual relationships, decisions, habits, and life.

This isn’t homework for the sake of homework.

Life is the homework.

Investment

Warrior’s Way: $777

There is value in having skin in the game and making a real commitment to yourself and the other men in the room.

I also don’t believe financial strain should automatically prevent the right man from doing meaningful work.

If Warrior’s Way feels aligned but paying $777 at once would create a legitimate financial burden, talk to me. I’m open to creating payment structures that make participation possible.

Don’t count yourself out before having the conversation.

What Happens After You Register?

Warrior’s Way is intentionally limited to 10 men, and I care deeply about creating the right room, not simply filling every seat.

After registering, you’ll schedule a private one-on-one conversation with me, Josh De Jong, before Warrior’s Way begins.

This isn’t an audition.

And it isn’t an opportunity for me to corner you into another sales pitch.

We’ll talk about where you are in life, what’s working, what isn’t, what you’re looking for, and why Warrior’s Way caught your attention.

I’ll answer your questions and make sure you understand what this experience asks of you.

Most importantly, we’ll determine whether Warrior’s Way is the right environment for you and whether you’re the right fit for this group.

If we determine Warrior’s Way isn’t aligned, your registration will be refunded.

The goal isn’t to fill 10 seats.

The goal is to put the right 10 men in the room.

About Your Facilitator

I’m Josh De Jong, founder of Eldr & Air.

My work combines coaching, breathwork, nervous-system awareness, physical challenge, and honest conversation to help men become more grounded, intentional, connected, and present in their lives.

Warrior’s Way isn’t something I want to teach at you.

I’m in this work too.

My role is to create the environment, bring practical tools and perspectives into the room, ask the questions we usually avoid, challenge you when necessary, and bring together men willing to hold themselves and each other to a higher standard.

You don’t need to have masculinity figured out.

You don’t need experience with breathwork.

You don’t need to walk into the room with your life falling apart.

You need to be willing to show up, tell the truth, and do the work.

Please reach out with any quesitons or to discuss before signing up - 765-993-0314 or [email protected]
