Welcome to our very popular WARRIOR RUN 2027 - RUN PINK event hosted by "coastalfunruns".“coastalfunruns is the original low cost, low key coastal fun running community event series in South Australia”
Our 5km WARRIOR RUN returns again same time same location as last year, at Grange Jetty Reserve in Grange SA.
NO FINISHER MEDAL, NO FREE TSHIRT. Just a relaxed 5k run or walk creating awareness dressed in PINK to help #endcancer with the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF).
Totally optional GOLD COIN donation with a $tin on hand for those who wish to make a small donation.
"Our mission is to back brilliant research by giving scientists the technology and equipment they need to find new and improved ways to prevent, detect and treat ALL types of cancer" - ACRF
The exact course to be advised but possibly an out & back 2.5km journey along the coastal bike/walk path from Grange to Henley Beach and return. The course may yet be run in both directions?
Hopefully moving to Grange/Henley on a Fri night will maximise awareness for our cause.
6:30pm start for all. Run/Walk or Crawl with NO CUT - OFF time.
A relaxed run/walk in numbers to create awareness and maybe a few dollars towards cancer research.
This is a "RUN PINK" event where everyone is encouraged to wear an item of pink.
NO registration required.
See you there and please share the event so we can hopefully make a big impact!
