Life is a journey, and as women, we are entrusted with different responsibilities at every stage — as daughters, wives, mothers, employees, employers and members of our community.
But how well do we understand the paths before us? Do we know which choices draw us closer to Allah, and which may gradually lead us away from His pleasure?
We cannot navigate a path we have never learnt to recognise.
We often hear about the disobedience of children towards their parents, but how often do we learn about the responsibilities of parents towards their children? As wives and mothers, employees and employers, do we truly understand the amanah entrusted to us, and how our actions and dealings with others affect our journey towards Allah?
During the miraculous journey of Mi'raj, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was shown that many of the inhabitants of Hell were women. This is a serious reminder for us to reflect, seek knowledge and understand the consequences of our choices. Yet, alongside this warning comes a beautiful promise of hope: the woman who fulfils her obligations to Allah and her responsibilities as a wife is given the glad tidings of entering Paradise through whichever gate she wishes.
Between these warnings and glad tidings lies a path we must learn to navigate.
Wanita Antara Surga atau Neraka is an invitation to every Muslimah to learn how to navigate the different stages of her life with knowledge, awareness and sincerity — so that she does not unknowingly take the wrong path.
The goal is not simply to know what is right and wrong, but to grow into women who draw nearer to Allah, recognise their shortcomings and continually strive to improve themselves.
For the closer we draw to Allah, the more that closeness should be reflected in our character and our dealings with others — in how we honour our parents, nurture our children, fulfil our responsibilities in marriage, uphold trust and justice at work, and bring goodness to our community.
This is a journey of learning, self-reflection and returning to Allah, guided by the hope of His mercy and the desire to earn His pleasure.
May Allah grant us the knowledge to recognise the right path, the wisdom to navigate our responsibilities, and the sincerity to keep walking towards Him at every stage of our lives.

Ustazah Ayu Naylul Muna
A beloved teacher and educator known for her heartfelt reminders and reflections on faith, love and the journey of the heart, Ustazah Ayu Naylul Muna has dedicated herself to nurturing hearts and inspiring Muslim women to return to Allah with sincerity and hope.
Her journey of seeking knowledge has taken her through renowned Islamic institutions in Indonesia and Daruzzahra in Tarim, Yemen, where she studied under esteemed scholars including Habib Umar bin Hafidz and Hubabah Umm Salim.
As the Co-Founder of Ma'had Nuruzzahro, Semarang, Ustazah Ayu continues to share knowledge through classes and gatherings across Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia
Through her gentle and deeply reflective approach, she invites her audiences to look beyond the outward and reconnect with the heart—with Allah, with Rasulullah ﷺ, and with the beautiful path of faith.
