Our Fall league is starting! The first week participants will be building their sealed deck. Each participant will start with a sealed pool with their choice of The Hobbit or Lorwyn Eclipsed packs (any combination of the 2 sets to make up their 6 packs.)
The League will run for 8 weeks altogether.
Week 1 is the sealed build week. Participants can come in any day this week to get their packs and build their deck. Sealed pools and decks will be left at the shop every week.
Weeks 2-7 participants will have 1 match and gain a pack to add to their sealed pool which they can use to modify their decks. You will be allowed to trade up to 2 cards from either your deck or pool to your weekly opponent after your match and pack opening. The week of Thanksgiving will be skipped and no matches will be set.
Week 8 is the League Final where participants will face off in a tournament with their league decks. The tournament will take place on 12/16 a 6:00pm. The matches in weeks 2-7 will account for 75% of any participants score with the Final Tournament accounting for the other 25%.
The entry fee for the league is $30 plus the price of packs for your sealed pool, then participants will pay for their weekly packs as they acquire them.
Now for the really exciting part, the prizes! All participants will be receiving promo cards.
