27/12/2026 • 7PM • BYOB 🍻🥂I was wayyy too nervous to organise this in case about 4 people turned up, but after one too many Ribenas, 3 games of football and some encouragement from the wonderful Claire and Robert, even the boys have convinced me people will actually turn up… despite two of them not turning up themselves.
THEME: CHOOSE YOUR DECADE 🕺🪩
Pick your era and commit to it.
If you prefer the 70s and want to enjoy the dulcet tones, go for that.
If the flamboyant 80s is more your thing, perfect.
90s, 00s, whatever decade you fancy really. Dress accordingly if you want to, but absolutely no pressure…or feel the pressure and be fun 😉
BYOB and bring whatever you fancy drinking.
We may do some sort of BBQ/food situation too, but we’re not quite there yet. I’ll update everyone in due course once we work that bit out.

There will be blower heaters going, but I’d definitely advise bringing a jacket just in case. For warmth, not rain. You might not need it, but it’s probably worthwhile!

⛴️ COMING FROM THE MAINLAND
For anyone coming over from the mainland, please check the CalMac timetable AND service status before travelling because, as ever, the boat situation can be a wee bit up in the air.

You can book a car onto the ferry, or just come across as a foot passenger.
You don’t need to book as a foot passenger, although you can if you’re a bit nervous about it!

Blackwaterfoot is less than a mile from the venue and there are a few accommodation options.
