Walktobers take place September 19 to November 8. They are a way of getting people out into the air and caring about our land. There are over 250 Walktobers scheduled up and down The Last Green Valley. Hike Around Mohegan Park
Take a hike on the wild side with the Mohegan Striders!! We will visit the monuments; then on to the unpaved/wooded trails. Maybe get to see some wildlife. Meet in the park center by the fountain. Bring your camera and walking/hiking shoes.
Approximately 2 miles. Plan on an hour and a half duration. Please respect that no pets are allowed in Mohegan Park. There is no admission fee or charge for parking. Register by calling Terrie or Tim Smith 860-887-1518. Sponsored by the Mohegan Striders.
