Together we'll gather in a welcoming circle, ground ourselves in the present moment, and set out on a gentle paved path through nature.
Our walks offer opportunities for meaningful conversation, quiet reflection, and simply walking beside others who understand. Whether you feel like talking or walking in silence, you are welcome exactly as you are.
