About this Event
Slow down and see the museum in a new way. After a brief introduction to walking meditation, meditation teacher Patricia Dodd will lead the group on a slow, silent walk outdoors and through the exhibition Lin Lisberger:20 Walks. Moving together at an unhurried pace invites us to notice more, both in the art and landscape around us and in our connection to one another.
No prior meditation experience needed. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.
Patricia Dodd has been a meditation teacher with the Natural Dharma Foundation for eight years and has studied in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition for twenty years. Her root teacher is Lama Willa Blythe Baker, PhD.
