About this Event
Join naturalists and educators Dani Hagel and Jordan Roth for a guided walk along the Eramosa River. Together, we will follow the river to a site where clay and other geological features are visible in the landscape.
Through close observation, naturalist practices, and conversation, participants will consider clay as part of a larger conversation between water, stone, soil, time, and the more-than-human bodies that move through and are shaped by these places.
The walk invites participants to attune to the living landscape beneath our feet and encounter land and water as dynamic and interconnected. We will explore the geological and ecological relationships that make this place what it is, while considering what it means to be in reciprocal relationship with the place we call home.
