Start at the Neptune Statue and walk to Grommet Island Park and back!
It's 10,000 STEPS!!!!
Come walk, dance, laugh, and connect with us along the beautiful Virginia Beach Oceanfront!
We’ll walk a little, dance a little, grapevine, side-step—and maybe even move backwards a few steps!
Feel the rhythm of the music, enjoy the fresh ocean air, and have fun with a great group of people.
Move your body. Lift your spirit. Make new connections.
All fitness levels are welcome. Come ready for good music, good vibes, and lots of smiles!
