🎶Walkin' 9 to 5...🎶 A Dolly Halloween with the Loudoun Dems! Join us Wednesday, Oct. 28 as we bring a Dolly-themed Blue Wave to the Leesburg Halloween Parade!
🪩 What to wear: Think Dolly Parton! Big hair, rhinestones, fringe, denim, pink, and plenty of sparkle ✨
🍬 Bring candy if you’d like – or just bring your energy! We’ll have plenty of candy to hand out, and water will be provided.
📍 Arrival: Please plan to be there by 4:30 p.m. as roads start closing at 5:45 p.m.
