Walk With A Doc – Healthy Families, Stronger Together
Join Hand, Heart + Soul Project, Walk With A Doc, and the American Heart Association for a fun, family-friendly community walking program designed to help people of all ages improve their health while connecting with neighbors.
Walk With A Doc is a free monthly event that combines physical activity, health education, and community engagement. Each walk begins with a brief health discussion led by a healthcare professional, followed by a comfortable walk where participants can ask questions, build relationships, and take steps toward a healthier lifestyle.
Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or looking for a supportive community to stay active, this program is for you.
