Join us for a light **1–2 mile walk**, followed by an open conversation centered around healing, life, and navigating trauma. We’ll finish with brunch and time to unwind, connect, and build community.No pressure. No judgment. Just movement, meaningful conversation, and a safe space to **walk it out and talk it out.**
