On Saturday 19th September my annual Walk of HOPE will take place. This walk was set up in memory and honour of those who we have sadly lost due to suicide.
As most of you will already know I lost my Dad 13 years ago and so many friends over the past few years.
This event is for us to raise awareness around this still taboo subject. It’s so important that we keep talking and remembering those who are no longer here and for those who struggle **
