The primary purpose of our Care Team is to deliver exceptional service and demonstrate empathy to callers regarding claims across multiple lines of business. Responsibilities include helping expedite the claims process, documenting detailed claim notes, resolving issues through a one-call, one-person response approach and directing calls through the appropriate escalation path when needed.
