Get ready to move, connect, and feel your best at Binghamton University’s first-ever Walk for Wellness! Hosted by the BMINDS Research Team, a pioneering group studying nutritional neuroscience, and Binghamton University’s Health and Wellness Studies Department.
Join us on Saturday, September 6th, at beautiful Otsiningo Park from 9 AM – 12 PM for fresh air, community spirit, and healthy fun. The walk kicks off at 10:30 AM, so bring your energy, and come with friends and family for a vibrant day outdoors.
This free, family-friendly event features:
- A Health & Wellness Fair with local vendors, resources, and activities 💚
- Pop out in your green Binghamton pride 🐾
- Delicious food and refreshments 😋🍋
