Walk & Talk: Growth & Becoming
Join us for an in-person community walk designed to help you reconnect, reflect, and grow through movement and conversation. Walk alongside others who are navigating their own journey of growth and becoming while enjoying one of San Francisco’s most scenic hidden gems.
Please note the Eventbrite map address may not accurately reflect the exact meet-up spot. For the most accurate directions, please use GPS and search “Strawberry Hill” to arrive at the correct entrance.
Together, we’ll gather at the entrance gates of Strawberry Hill and walk through the Huntington Falls pathway and Golden Gate Pavilion, surrounded by nature, fresh air, and meaningful connection. Along the way, optional reflection prompts will be offered to spark conversation, self-reflection, or simple moments of pause.
You can keep it light, go deeper, or simply enjoy the walk. There’s no pressure to share and no expectations to perform. Just honest conversation, movement, and community.

Who Needs This?
Midlifers who need support during this season, this walk is for you. Families are welcome. Friends, partners, kids, strollers, and leashed dogs are invited to join us on the trail.
What to Expect:

Led by Coach Judy, a wellness and movement coach with over two decades of experience advocating for accessible movement, especially within the midlife space. Her mission is to make movement simple, approachable, and empowering by helping people reconnect with their bodies through something everyone can start with: a walk.
Event Details:
Meeting Point: Strawberry Hill entrance with yellow gates and bridge overpass, right by the Blue Heron Lake (Stow Lake).
When driving onto the path to Blue Heron Lake, pass the Boathouse and the restrooms parking area, then make a right and continue along the loop. Drive down until you see the yellow gate to Strawberry Hill.
Parking: Street parking available along the roadside
