Join us for a festive tea service featuring live holiday music and a 3-course meal prepared by our In-House Chef in our historic Cromaine Hall.
$70 per person, tax included. 20% gratuity additional. Prepaid reservations are required. Reservations can be made here on Eventbrite, or over the phone at (810)632-6401.
First Course: Cherry Chip Scones, Strawberries with Clotted Cream, Sweet Potato Salad with Cranberry, Feta, and Red Onion with homemade vinaigrette.
Second Course: (one entree selection per guest)
Parmesan Baked Grouper, Christmas Stuffed Chicken with Cranberry, Brie, Spinach, and Bacon; Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Maple Cream Sauce. Each entree is served with Rosemary Roasted Baby Gold Potatoes and a Hartland Blend of Vegetables.
Third Course: Vanilla Panna Cotta with Pomegranate Jelly.
