Our Waikato display home is opening its doors for one weekend only!Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November, 12–3pm each day
118 Sherwin Street, Pirongia
If you’re thinking about building in the Waikato, this is the perfect opportunity to see a standout architecturally designed home in person and ask any questions about your own design and build project.
The design details need to be experienced in person. Four pavilions sit around a sheltered courtyard pool with a louvred roof, with views of Pirongia Mountain. Then there's a timber ceiling with lighting that comes alive after dark, blinds that disappear behind the cabinetry, and a media room hidden behind a pivot door.
It’s a great example of how a home can be designed around the way you live. Walk through, see what’s possible, and ask us anything about creating a custom home of your own.
