As the holidays approach and winter settles in, grief can feel especially heavy. At this session, participants will explore practical ways to approach the holiday season and prepare for the months ahead, creating a plan that honors their grief while supporting their needs, values, and traditions. The program will also include a meaningful time of remembrance to honor loved ones and a guided art activity where participants will create a special keepsake as a reminder that hope can still be found amidst loss.*Please note: This session is for adults.
