Peri/Menopausal VULVA STORIES... I personally fell into the Menopause after a hysterectomy, I struggled at that stage to get support by other sisters so I've decided to facilitate this sisterhood chatter...everyone will be given a voice to share or listen in a safe space. Come exactly as you are: hot flashes, brain frogs, snack cravings and all. We don't care at what stage of your own journey you are, maybe you are curious and wish to have a look into your future, or, you’ve sailed through it and it's all a distant memory. Join us for a real talk with real people, belly laughs, occasional a bit of a winge, and the kind of wisdom that only comes from surviving night sweats and mood swings. Let's connect our stories or simply sit back, enjoy some lovely treats that will be on offer (I promise some gorgeous vegan treats) and absorb the legendary insights of your peri/menopausal sisters. No judgement, no pressure ..just solidarity, humor, and maybe a fan finished all off by a warm and nourishing hug. Sharing is caring….
